This might be a dumb question but here goes. If the Aero Pro Drive is available in Europe now but not the U.S. until 2005, is there some argeement between Babolat and European dealers not to allow the racket to be shipped to the States if it was bought online from them?

No, its just easier when the racquet is first released to ship them to europe, because it is made somewhere on europe. Its the same with the wilson ncodes in japan.

The main detriment to shipping to the U.S from Europe is that some retailers won't ship to the U.S (for reasons I never felt compelled to persue). I bought a few Babolat Pure Drives from a European site in 1999, long before they were available from a U.S. retailer. Hence, if there is something you want from a European retailer try and place an order. The worst that can happen is that they will tell you they do not ship to the U.S.
