calf

    today i was playing tennis after i won my match and i was just messing around using a full western and i bent my leg to load then i felt something in my calf muscle it felt like my muscle was a rubber band that have been pulled then when i put my foot down it went back to normal but it didnt hurt i waas really worried to that i ruptured my achillies tendond but when i went on my toes it was ok sooo what is it? and what can i do to prevent it? it has happen to me but rare occasion

    You probably distributed your weight wrong and stretched it farther than you're used to.
