I have been thinking for awhile about what I want to do when I grow up, and i think the thing I would like the most is owning a Pro Shop along with courts next to it.

I have a couple of questions though to Pro Shop owners..

    1) What's your annual income? If you don't feel comfortable about telling me how much just give me an idea.

    2) Would I be out of my mind if I wanted to have contracts with all big companies and have 6-8 courts?

    3) How much money would it cost to have what I described in the above question?

    Thank You!!

An indoor club, with a small proshop, I play at was recently purchased by 5 partners. They paid about 7 million dollars.

Ten courts. As with any business, the primary determinant of cost will be the annual revenue generated, followed by value of the facilities.

i think its 2 separate entitites. the shop and courts are difficult to run together. its hard to explain. depends on clientele too. i dream of owning a tennis shop too
