I usually feel too rushed, cuz I get nervous that I'll get in trouble. My toss is pretty terrible, and I serve a lot better untill I wait untill the good one..

Can i get in trouble if i catch it too much?

Only if you were playing me. I like jumping over the net for fun so if I see that you're catching the ball too much, I'd make a dash for the middle of the net, jump over it, and tackle your ball catching ass.

    LOL - nice replies.

I always wondered what kind of opponent Rickson would be. :)

Just as long as you obey the time limit rule, its fine. But work on that toss outside of the court, just getting that toss right.

Last time I saw him he wasn't looking too bad, but I doubt he'd be taking on Rickson in a bench-off. :)

True, the total gym won't get you strong enough to outbench this Rickson or the legendary Rickson Gracie.

Chuck Norris doesnt need to challenge rickson in a bench off. He'll roundhouse kick his *** and there will be no competition.

    Sorry Mate

    Sorry Mate

Rafter had some of this illness

Dont call it a toss but rather a ball placement

This will help place the ball in front of the swing.

The swing will me moving and the ball will be placed to be hit

Learn to save the bad ball placement with some spin

If you do that to me, you will find yourself alone in the court.
