Can the nCode Six-One Tour be described as a PS 6.0 90?

If so, this may be my new stick. I currently use a PS 6.0 95 but find it to be a little unstable sometimes. I also find I can serve better (i.e., more bombs, more angle) with the PS 6.0 85 but cannot hit groundstrokes with as much topspin as I can with the 95. The weight of the 85 also causes my shoulder to get sore during and after long matches. So the weight and small head size of the 85 is good for serves but not so good for groundstrokes. For the 95, it's exactly the other way around. They are both about the same for volleys and returns.

So I think what I need is a PS 6.0 90 that has a swingweight and head size in between the the 85 and the 95 and retains that same 6.0 feel. That should be perfect for me. I've tried the Tour 90 but found the swingweight to be even heavier than the 6.0 85.

I've heard the feel of the nSix-One Tour is closer to that of the PS 6.0 85 than the Tour 90. So does that mean the nSix-One Tour is really a PS 6.0 90? If so, count me in!! :D

According to the TW stats the ncode 6.0 is 12 pt headlight, whereas the PS original 85 is 8. That's gotta be different.

Tip: Place 5-6 grams of lead tape under the buttcap of the PS Original 85. It will change the balance alot w/o adding that much weight. Swingweight will drop. It plays pretty nice that way.

The current TW specs are for UNSTRUNG (I know it says strung but that's wrong). When strung, the nSix-One Tour should also be about 8 pts. headlight. :)

Has anyone else tried this racquet yet? Any comparisons with the PS 6.0 85 and 95 are appreciated.

FWIW: I like the nSix-One Tour 90 better than the Hyper Pro Staff Tour 90, which in turn I like better than the Pro Staff 6.0 Original 85. The nSix-One Tour 90 has a better feel to me than the other two, although I should mention that I was not a fan of the PS 6.0 85 or the HPS Tour 90, for that matter.

    Greg,
Other than feel, what did you not like about the PS 6.0 85 and the HPS Tour 90 that you do like about the nSix-One Tour?
