At current time our restrooms are occupied. Please take a number and come back when it is available.
Hi Everyone. Hope all is well!
Bartender, I will start with a cold Carlsberg please.
Alright Biggie!! Can't believe I have been missing this party. Nice pic.
MY favourite yoda-like little creature of great knowledge and wisdom has at last entered our din of..err.. appropriate behaviour. Uh-huh LOL Mhuahaahaaa!!
Hey Shooter - I thought we had lost you in the world of snowboarding.
Hi. Yeah, I'm thinking about getting some gear now, but I'm not sure if I'll be going multiple times a year to justify the cost of equipment. So when are you coming to this side again?
Evening. The CEO of the ATP Tour (affectionately called Mr Disney becuase of his previous job) has decided that the way to fix the tour is to change the name. It will now be called the ATP Worldwide Tour (or ATPWT, which just looks kind of obscene somehow). This news alone requires that someone pour me a top shelf Long Island Iced Tea (Tanqueray Gin, Absolut Vodka, Bacardi Rum). Thanks.
If all goes well I'll be a Sea towner in the spring. Can't wait!!! I'll be looking for tour guides if anyone (hint) has the time. lol
Why change the name - that's confusing and absurd. I suppose everyone wants their moment of recognition, eh? Only the best for you Fee - comin' right up.
This is sort of behavior is unacceptable. I suggest we put a sign on the bathroom door:
Chic, with all the books and the Bistro when do find time to play any tennis?
I have a question as well. Can I get two grams of Morrocan in this cafe? If so, I would gladly plug my jump-drive in your laptop and play the song "Wishful Thinking" by Wilco for all the derelicts such as myself gathered at your establishment. I might also be talked into reading a couple passages from Robert McKee's book Story.
Oh. I find plenty of time, but the city I live in is a hockey town. There is little recognition of tennis and although we have beautiful courts for the spring, fall and summer - they are unfortunately covered by about two feet of snow at the present time. No indoor courts here - hence, the ton of time on my hands. I'm like a twitchy nervous fox waiting for the season to begin so I can at least partake in a little tv tennis.
The weather is beautiful here in South Florida.
And I bet the water is warm too - rub it in, rub it in.
Where did everyone go? This Bar is going to go out of business.
This place is dead anyways
It rained a little today on the East Trail US 41 towards Everglades City. Collier County. I almost had to move further south...
No Morrocan in this cafe? I thought you Canucks were progressive... unlike those of us in Florida:x

Wow. Snowed in and no indoor courts. I live in the Chicago suburbs and fortunately there are plenty of indoor clubs around here. I actually end up playing more often during the winter than in the summer; there are more leagues and organized indoor drills in the winter. I much prefer playing outdoors though when the weather is great and the tennis is FREE.
Yeah, I hear ya. I belong to the club here so I pay dues and of course my coach. I think it's be different when I move as I will be playing year round and shelling out a little more coin. Can't wait!!
Drak and Biggie, I'm sorry I have been unable to entertain you. I'm starting days off so I will make sure to get this party started - if possible. LOL
CC, you are more like an absentee employee. Sam Malone you are not! Now get me a Carlsberg!
Yeah this place is like Hooters w/o the waitresses. WTf?
Let's just head to a gentlemen's club drak
Damn you guys can be needy! What's up with that anyway? I thought it was the fairer sex who was to take that role. All right - I need to step out for a few minutes but will be back. Feel free to entertain yourselves while I'm away. Gimme something to work on here - some advice to give or a riddle to solve - just like Norm Drak..you are. Givin' me grief.. you are. Hmmmmm..yes..hmmm.
Biggie???? Where are you? I'm over here at the Rolex Club getting lapdances, and drinking Carlsberg! You're missing it!
AHH, don't be sad CC. Here is a riddle:
An empty room with nothing more than a chandelier, a rope attached to it, and a dead man hanging from the rope. The man is suspended in mid air. There is a puddle of water underneath him. How did he hang himself?
And don't forget to hand me another Carlsberg while you are thinking this one over.
I know the answer to that one (wasn't this on a recent episode of 'The Office')
Yup, Dwight was asking the temp all these riddles and the temp would know them all
Here's your Carlsbad, sweet pea! I've never watched an episode of the Office although I hear it's a great show. My guess would be that there was a block of ice that he stepped on to hang himself and it melted.
Do I get a cookie??
It was?? I have never seen that show. OK here is another one:
What walks with 4 legs in the morning, 2 legs in the afternoon, and 3 legs at night??
CC where is my beer??
Sorry CC. I didn't see you standing there. Yes, that is the answer. very crafty of you.
The next one has me a bit stumped Drak - gimme a sec to think about it.
Wow - I like to consider myself a riddler and I must admit I'm a bit stumped. Interesting...no spoilers please - I must conquer this.. (Drak I hope this really is a riddle, cause I'll hunt you down if you're messin' with me).
I'm thinking a shadow - but gimme time.......
Well while you are thinking of that one, get me another carlsberg. LOL
Here you go - can I have a hint??
Thanks for the beer. No! No hints!
Was I at least right with the shadow?? My mind is racing and my self-image of a genius is suffering a small crack. It is not human or animal - hmmm.... c'mon, just one hint??
Okay Drak - you leave me with a stumper and run away?? I will take your light saber for a day if you mess with me again. There is a cold Carlsbad sweating on the bar which will go stale if you do not return soon.
As for the riddle there are two possibilities (I'm thinking it is not a shadow so much anymore). The answer is human. Walks of four legs as a baby, two as an adult and uses a cane as a seniour. That is if you follow the day as the seasons in relation to the span of life. If I am right then you are evil for placing that gem at my feet - if not the next one is on me. Either way, my answer is man.
Do I get a cookie now???
You get a giant chocolate chip cookie. Very good!
Now get me a whiskey sour.
Ahh, my esteem is restored - here is a double on me!! Can I have another (perhaps a little less existentially related) riddle from my wise Drakulie??
Salut comment allez vous ? Sweet River - when I think of the potential in him - the contribution - it makes me very sad indeed.
Drak, I'm still waiting for another riddle - sheesh!! Talk about absentee Normie.
All right, I can admit to being technologically challenged (a nicer way of saying slightly retarded) and I still can't multi-quote. What is the matter with me?? The instructions were in the deleted thread so I can't even refer to them there. Last time I will play the dumb girl card and ask for help!! Please take pity on my sad, sorry self. I'll give you a Toffifee........
Hi CC> You are too funny. OK, here is another one:
A farmer is on his way to the market place to sell a goat, wolf, and large piece of cabbage. He has to cross a large river on his way there. He has a boat to cross the river but the boat is only large enough to carry one of the three (goat, wolf, cabbage), and himself at a time.
How does he cross all 3 of them without having one eat the other. ie, if he crosses with the wolf first, the goat will eat the cabbage. If he crossses with the cabbage, the wolf will eat the goat.
NOTE: The wolf won't eat the cabbage.
I have the answer to this one, but I'll wait for CC to figure it out.
Rebecca, you so smart.
Okay, my guess would be to put the cabbage in the boat with you and have the goat and the wolf swim with the boat. I'm not certain about this one - but that is my final answer. Drak, can I have a cookie??? Fee, am I close? LOL
By the way, I think my most recent post is going to get me in trouble, but I have not seen a post on this board that has made me so angry, not in my entire 2+ years here.
Fee - it can't be that bad. What thread are you referring to?? CC
Do they serve any good food in this bistro ?
Separate names with a comma.
