Some Yonex racquets have 4 1/8 grip. Check them out first.

If her hand is really that tiny, you could always buy a 4 1/4, take the grip off and replace it with an overgrip wrap. That's what I did for my 7 yr old daughter.

Please find your way to the Volkl dept. where the excellent V1 series (Cat or Quantum) can be found in 1/8 grips. Great sticks that can be tuned to add/subtract power as needed with appropriate stringing. Have fun!

Head TiS6 is extra light and soooo powerful, it does come with that grip size, even they're discontinued but there are quite a bunch of them still floating around, look around you'll find one, good luck.

There is a company in Maryland (listed in all of the tennis mags) that I believe have a few Wilson Profiles in that size. If she has a slow/short backswing, she may like them. Man, they were powerful. Good luck!
