I do recall reading a post or two on two agility drills. One was having balls at the intersections of base/service/side lines and having to pick each ball one by one, each time returning the ball to the center of the base line. there were times posted that indicated how a casual/college/pro/man/woman times should be. the other was about running between side lines for 30 seconds and counting how many times you can do it in that time. similarly times for casual/college/pro/man/woman were provided.
