Can anyone explain something to me?

Last week the British no 4 Alex Bogdanovic won the Italian Bergamo challenger. On the Bergamo website it says that the winner should have received 60 championship points and the runner up 42. Yet Bogey only received 42 for winning, and consequently only went up to 146 in the world when he could have been into the 130s with a full 60 point allocation.

His opponent in the final retired injured. Is this something to do with it?

Look forward to hearing from anyone.

Hi Paul. I'm moving this thread to the General Pro Player Discussion section, where more people can see it and reply to it since it's about a professional player.

Welcome to TW, by the way! :)
