I eat up to 75% cacao and preferred range is 64-72%. More than that and it is too bitter for me. Favorite brand that I eat daily is Valrhona. I like Michel Cluizel and La Madison du Chocolat also. I buy all these online.

Favorite small brand is Pierre Marcolini but you have to be in France or Belgium to find them typically at their stores although you can find them in London too these days.

Usually I eat a couple of dark chocolate squares or truffles after dinner with some cognac or occasionally with espresso. While I do drink port, I don’t like the pairing with chocolate as the chocolate overwhelms the port.

Yesterday, an ex colleague told me that Amul ghee is the "worst brand". That's the ghee, and butter, i often buy.

Their chocolate brownie icecream is very good, far better than Mother Dairy.
Yeah not a big fan of their chocolates myself. Have you tried the Cadbury Bournville series?

I have stopped eating chocolates. Unless you are sentinel, you can only have the ones with added sugar. Basically, chocolates should be renamed sugaries as sugar is the main reason people like them.

not really, I cannot eat american chocolate because its just too sweet and camouflages the actual chocolate taste.

Didn't care for Bourneville. I find Amul 99pc to be the best. Others i know swear by the Amul Dark which is 55pc, and too sweet for me.
