LOL, I love how you continue to fail. Fair trolling mate :)

P.S - Rafa, injured or not, never made a Cincy final. Ever.

I strung the one he used to win the set 6-0. :) j/k

I did however, string two finalists racquets, including the woman's champion. :)

What setup does Tommy Haas have in his stick? Do you happen to know?

I spent the first three days there and saw great matches all over including Tipsarevic get mad during doubles and bat a ball out of court 9. Also, most of the girls could not get a first serve in if their life depended on it. That's all I got right now.

Then that would be Li Na and either Kerber or Djokovic. I assume Kerber?

How old is Federer? He looks to be about 50 years old.

This thread was a fluke by sureshs.

Sureshs is a one-thread wonder. All his other attempts at epic threads have been major failures.

I am sure Drak deliberately messed up the tension on Djokovic's rackets. That's why he lost the first set. Second set he played with properly strung racks and you can see the difference

Hope Drak will be "stringing" at the USO. (Did you string Nadal's rackets at the Wimbly, Drak???)

This thread never fails to deliver , just like FedEX.
I am sure Fed has read this thread and won the real slam thrice since the thread was created just to troll the OP.

Suresh guess is that the guy with the elegant strokes won't win the real slam.

During the Cincy tournament it usually and rightfully gets bumped as well.

There really is no stopping you, right? is there?

I plan to go this year! Do the top seeds play by Tuesday/Wednesday? They'd have to since it's a larger field, right? With all these tournaments this month where the top seed doesn't even play until Thursday, it has me a little confused.

All the top seeds will play by Wednesday night at the latest, but some will play on Tuesday. Not sure how many will play by Monday. Perhaps none since the top 8 seeds get byes into the 2nd round in a MS. The draw is 64 players with byes to the top 8 seeds in every MS except IW or Miami. In IW and Miami I believe the top 16 seeds get byes, and the draw is like a slam, 128 players.

Thanks! We plan to go for Tuesday evening and all day/all evening Wednesday so I should be able to see a lot of my favorites. The only other pro tournament I've ever been to was Indy years ago so I'm very excited.

Sure did. He won it in 2005 (beat Roddick), 2007 (beat Blake), 2009 (beat Djokovic), 2010 (beat Fish) and 2012 (beat Djokovic). I think he's won it more times than any other player!

Murray has also won Cincinnati twice. That can't be. Who would've guessed that Murray would win the real slam twice? And strangely enough, he beat the same player both times. He also beat this player to win the USO, but that was just an exo compared to the real slam. Who is this player?

Even if you don't get to see your favorites play matches, you can always go watch the practice sessions. Pretty great feeling going around the grounds seeing players at every court, and I went during the last few days so that was just a sample size. Hope you have fun

I know and yet people keep trying to tell me he's never won a Slam!

Whoever it was, I suspect it must have been hellishly windy on court when it happened! ;-)
