I agree with Federerkblade that Tennis oxygen, Essential Tennis and Fuzzy Yellow Balls are the best three free web tennis instruction sites.

[Ian on Essential Tennis has three new video series on the split step, the serve, and agressive doubles play that are particularly impressive.]

For very detailed breakdown of stoke mechanics alone, tennisplayer.net is worth the subscription. Famous coaches have plenty of detailed lessons, as well as some interesting observations. John Yandell pioneered video analysis, and the video library of pro strokes is the best/most extensive you'll find.

TennisOne has a very large video lesson library with interesting analysis, particularly from Jim McLennan and Doug King.

Brent Abel always has something interesting to say at Web Tennis.

Coaches Mauro and Kyril have interesting takes on strokes and match situations at The Tennis Vault.

I think the one minute clinic segments from the Tennis Channel are generally quite good. You can find them on the TC website or youtube.

Tennis Oxygen and Tennis Vault. FYB (and others like it, Lock And Roll, etc.) was good till I outgrew it.

In addition to the many teaching articles on TennisOne, I've just filmed a new program for coaches tentatively called "Coaching Unlimited." This will be over 15 hours of programming for coaches; more specifically for high school and team coaches. This new program will be ready in a few weeks.

That said, there are tremendous resources on the Internet that a coach can gain new coaching ideas and perspectives. I would recommend all coaches seek out this information as I believe most of the web sites such as TennisOne, TennisPlayer, Hi-techtennis, FYB, and a number of other sites offer much to the player and the coach.

After coaching 28 seasons of boys and girls tennis, as well as having taught tennis for over 35 years, I think we need to take a much closer look at giving high school coaches more informaton as they impact so many young playrs...obviously giving them the skills, hopefully, that will impact their tennis for a lifetime.

Hi Guys, the best I've found so far is http://www.tennisone.com/ - I've paid for it but I don't mind that.

Are there any other great ones out there?
