Indeed. They all got worse with age. But there is a noletard here that thinks his idol's slam conversion rate will get better as he ages! LOL.

Longevity will always be pivotal for a GOAT.
Sampras with the better conversion rate but Roger with longevity.

Federer is now 7-6, Nadal 4-4, and the other two remain the same obviously.

Nadal is not done yet.. he has risen more times than the phenix or jesus

Rafa blew to AO finals in a row.. damn

What about Nole first 12 slam finals?

    6-6

If rafa is 8-8 in finals at his peark... and 3-6 in finals during the last 9 GS finals.. I expect him to go to negative rates from now...

Nadal's semifinal conversion rate is astounding....If I am not wrong he has lost only 3 out of 23 semi finals? Incredible...Wonder how others stack up

Yes because federer played so many slam finals in a so short span of time.. so his real decline appears much later...

winning the first 7 finals against mugs/headcases/semi-retired people help a lot of course...

Also due to the fact that he lost 6 out of his 8 finals to the same man... So it was up to this man to step up ... as the rest lacked the determination, quality and maturity.

Both rafa and roger have lost grand slam finals to 3 different players..

    Rafa: 3 x Djokovic, 2 x Roger and 1 x Wawrinka.

    Fed: 6 x Rafa, 1 x Djokovic, 1 x Delpotro.

Djokovic has lost to more different rivals:

    Djokov: 4 x Rafa, 2 x Murray, 1 x djokovic , 1 x Wawrinka..

Djokovic has lost to rafa in 50% of the slam finals he failed to win
Federer has lost to rafa in 75% of the slam finals he failed to win

Rafa has won 10 slam finals beating either Rafa or Novak in the final...
