Looking to try something a little different. Have used this for the past year and I don't mind it. I am looking for something with maybe a little more pop and bite without losing durability. I know I will have to sacrifice something, can't have the best of all worlds.

I usually can get about 3 weeks out of this string.

    Any ideas worth a try?

My stringer suggested giving Zo Verve a try?

When you say 3 weeks, it means how many hours? Does it looses too much tension or do you break it?

Sorry, looses tension and feels like a 2x4. Probably get 15-18 hours on it.

In keeping to similar polys, for more pop and durability I would say Pro Line II, for more bite and maybe less durability I would say Tour Bite.

I'm using Pro's Pro Blackout, which is basically Black Code. Good spin, comfortable, and fairly durable. It's $40 a reel as well.

I went with Zo Verve in one, and Black Magic in the other. 3rd is still strung with Black Code in case I don't like the others.

    Thanks.
