    Thanks.

I'd love to see some multis tested. Something on the order of Tecnifibre X-1, Klip Excellerator/Venom, and maybe a Yonex multi.

I like the comparative string test concept. It can give someone an idea of how a new string might compare to something they're already using.

    Great addition!

BTW, the link for the Topspin strings need to be fixed since it doesn't take us to the comparative reviews.

    TonyB,

FYI, we are currently doing comparative play testing on several multi's. You should see postings in a few weeks, depending on how quickly our play testers get their feedback to us.

    Thanks for the interest.

So what's up with the comparative reviews for strings? Seems to have dropped off the map.

Is there any activity in the string comparison testing?

DireDesire gives great, detailed reviews. Well done!

In the comparison of the Technifibre RedCode vs the Topspin CF, I wondered why Peabody (the other reviewer) strung them up at 50# whereas he usually strings at 55, and then said the power was low on both? Weird. First, he shouldn't have strung them so low (CF doesn't need to have the tension dropped), and at 50# it's hard for me to believe they felt low powered (DireDesire said the CF played "powerfully", and he strung at 57#.)
