    "Ladies and Gentlemen.........your attention please...." The best.

    Also did the New York football Giants games for 50 years as well as St. John's University games. Was starting QB for St. John's; recv'd masters at Columbia; speech professor at St. John's--perfected the "no-hype" style with perfect diction.

    The voice of God still kicking at 99 years young. Derek Jeter to this day still has Bob Sheppard's P.A. tape to announce him when he comes to bat. An all-time great along the lines of the late John Condon of Madison Square Garden (back when the Mad. Sq. Garden was 'the Garden').
