Dude. You buy grommet sets from TW. Not direct from Babolat.

I believe that you don't order them from Babolat unless you are dealer. Now if you mean the single grommets then you can buy that kit from Babolat.

You can't install flared grommets, only grommets to be flared.

Yep, you can get it at GSS. It's called a flare-t. Also, if you search the boards, someone made there own with a C-clamp and a dowel-rod cap, I think it was. :D

Well my tool kit got here today. So I don't know if they are only distributing the kits first. Then sending out the individual parts by themselves. Just shoot him an email and he will tell you whats up.

I'd appreciate his email and/or phone too. I've emailed them and used their web submission form to try to get a clamp, or possibly the kit if they're not too expensive. Are you talking about the 2054 on this page: http://www.babolat.com/english/tennis/machine/tools.htm? How much do they charge for that, if it's the same one you got?

Yes that is what I have. It is $350. I love the tools that come with it. The clamps are....THE BEST....They are Babolat!!! (but for the money the one's at GSS are better) Also I Love the string bed cutters. They cut sooooooo good. Also the awls are great. I also like the little cutters that come with the kit...they are very good for cutting string. Also the curved and cam type pliers are awesome. All tools are textured to hold the string very well. Also I love the blue grip that is on all the tools. I have had some problems with the clamps clamping the string kind of hard and marking some. I haven't had any string break yet like some guys have. Also they are kind of wide compared to the clamps that come from GSS.

I don't know if you travel with your machine but the case is very handy when moving from place to place. But I guess the tool area on the Star 5 is so small that you need the case for the tools because there is nowhere enough room for all the tools. :)

Anyway just check your email. I will send the info just as soon as I put this period right here.

---Hey mate just click on my name and hit the email me spot. I will be more than happy to get you the info. It wont let me email you because you don't have a registered email with the site that I can send it to you with. The PM is really an email.---
