I noticed a while ago there was some talk about this dvd coming out. I was wondering if anyone actually got it and what they thought of it. I am thinking of ordering it but wanted to get a few opinions first on if it is worth the money.

    Thanks!

I did order it. I enjoyed it, but was also a little disappointed. Basically, they cover a lot of drills that you can do on the court. They start off demonstrating "movement preparation" i.e. stretches to get your body ready to work out. Then they move on to power plyometrics, they demonstrate things like lateral bounds and hurdle hops, and medicine ball throws. Next they demonstrate movement skills, things like lateral shuffles and hurdle drills. Then strength exercises such as split squats, then they finish up with recovery/regeneration stretching. It's pretty good, but all the stuff they demonstate is on the court. I was hoping they would demo some of they weight workouts that are in the book. I think I found the book to be more useful, overall.
