Ok, so i have measured my grip 2 different ways.

One is measuring it with a ruler, and the thing with that is i don't know where on the second crease of my hand i should measure from.

If i measure from the middle of my ring finger to the crease i get 4 3/8, and if i measure from the right side of the ring finger, i get 4 1/4 for grip size. In the picture on the TW website i see the ruler on the right side of the ring finger.

So should i go by that?

I am noticing that my hand does get tired playing with 4 3/8. Also when i insert my index finger it does fit in there i dunno about "snug" . Snug can be different things. I mean i can get it in there, and i don't need to jam my index finger in.

So since my hand does get tired do you think i should go to a 4 1/4??

Sound like you are in between size. One way to approach this is to get the 4 1/4 and use overgrip later on if you want to increase grip size. But I think the general advise from what I hear is to get the larger grip size if you are in between size.
