Sorry if re-post, thought some of you may like this.

What I find most interesting is that us rec players can actually hit close to their average speed on a great shot, however they are making those shots all the time.

    Great

Great watching this thanks. At my age (early 50's) there is no way I could run to those balls. Though i do think I could hit some them if I was standing in the right spot :-/ at this angle you really see the intensity of every point.

This camera angle shows how intense their footwork is.

Loved to see how my footwork sucks.

You're not that bad, Juan Martin. At least you won the US Open.

Kohlschreiber is a really good player when he is on.
he sometimes has amazing matches and beats top players (like nole at the FO oder roddick at the AO) but he is usually not very consistent and then loses to a so-so player.

ahhahaha, I'm more like Stanislas Wawrinka with a shameful footwork.

Really enjoyed that video. Thanks for posting it. Wish they'd use the same angle for tv - you really got a feel for the speed and intensity and power. They could use a higher up camera for replays to show the whole court but this allowed you to see the spins and the slices and speed and footwork.
