I found out today, that when i rally with people i can get some decent strong fast cross shots through. But when im in a game, i sort of panick that it might end up being out. Any tips on getting the fear out ? And also which part of the court to hit the cross shots to.

you just need more matchplay. eventually you will learn to be more relaxed when you play. playing is totally different from rallying.
