cross training shoes for tennis

    How do cross training shoes wear and tear on hard courts. I generally find cross training shoes more comfortable than Tennis but not sure if they would last long on tennis courts. Has anyone tried using cross trainers for tennis, what was your experience.

    well, try different tennis shoes maybe-because if you want to try cross trainers for playing tennis, maybe new balance like the 608s i think even though they are old (i had a pair three years ago and see new ones now) I wore them once on Har-tru courts and they didn't' even mark-but don't wear them on anything but hardcourt because I could have screwed up the clay court
    Bottom line-you could go for a cross trainer, but make sure they are comfortable and gave non-marking outsoles and some sort of warranty-especially if you use them on tennis hardcourts
