    Hey Everybody,

I haven't posted here for a while but thought my most recent podcast topic would be of interest to many here.

While playing competitive tennis it's very common to come up against an opponent who presents you with mental challenges. This could range from an angry/racket throwing opponent, somebody who tries to talk to you and throw you off your game, or even the player who calls every close shot out regardless of if it might have touched the line.

Listen to Podcast #75 to find out how to deal with these types of players and more. As always, the podcast is 100% free and can be found on the iTunes music store as well.

    Enjoy!
