I feel like I'm getting to the point where my strokes are starting to come along, and I'm starting to execute them more consistently, but whenever I'm hit anything hard, the best I can come up with is a weak lob. I know it's not my reaction time because I've had experience dealing with balls moving a lot faster than that in baseball, I just can't seem to get any sort of a decent shot off. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks.

MOVE YOUR FEET that's what my coaches always tell me. And hit the ball in your strike zone.

Move your feet and split step when your opponent makes contact with the ball. Its all about preparation. You've got to put yourself into a position to make a good shot and that all starts with moving your feet and the split step.
