Hi all anyone have some ideas for good, durable, but budget conscious squash strings for sale on TW. Any help would be appreciated.

What are the differences between racketball and squash string then? Any?

This is something I could not tell you because I don't play either.

17 and 18 gauge multifilaments work well.
Prince Premier Attack 17 should fit the bill. Others to consider are Ashaway Ultrakill/Dynamite and Isospeed Classic.
LightningXX 17 is more durable but less feel/comfort than the multis.

Racquetball and squash strings are quite similar, usually thin, soft and powerful.
Many strings that are too powerful and/or fragile at tennis tensions do just fine in the 20's or 30's for squash and racquetball.

Best squash string by a mild is Tecnifibre 305 green or Tec 305 + black. Used by 6 of the top 10 players in the world.

    Try Kirschbaum's Touch Multifiber

You may want to try Kirschbuam's Touch Multifiber in 17g (1.25) as it's a very soft playing string with good power. Very close to Wilson's NXT and Technifiber's mulitifber but less cost! I do believe they make a 1.20 too but TW doesn't carry that guage......

I play both squash and tennis and string for myself and friends. Believe it or not, I've had great success with Gamma Synthetic Gut 18. I've also strung it on a few of my squash partners and they like the power it has. Also, Ashaway Dynamite 18 is good and has the same composition as Ashaway squash strings.
