Thanx for useful info! Can now assume the new S Stars to have the same fit as the previous version... :)

Some thoughts on my new Diadora shoes... Began with the new Diadora Speed Star K V Black/Grey/White in size 11, that was a bit optimistic had to send them back changed to size 11,5. Nice snug fit but a tad short in size, didn´t have that little extra space in the toebox needed in a tennis shoe. Still I decided to keep them as a walking shoe as they are so good-looking!
Then I got another pair in size 12. Now I have more than enough length, but it´s like a completly different shoe, significantly wider and I need to wear two pair of socks in them so not a perfect fit for my feets. But never surrender! I just got a pair of the previous version of the Speed Pros on sale now, also size 12. And really, they may not look as good as the kangaroo-leather Speed Stars, but they perform better. They are lighter, more comfy,
better ventilated with the syntetics upper fabrics, a more plush and soft feel with still good enough support. The fit is also better, the toebox is perhaps a bit pointy but still enough room for my (big) toes. I like these, will probably stock up with another pair or two...

I see Tommy Haas is now with Elleesse as of Indian Wells. IMO prob looking the best of all tour players right now, just classic/basic stuff.

+1. Those polos he was wearing at IW were the best I've seen in awhile. Would love to get my hands on one.

Anyone compare the kangaroo leather Diadoras to either the out of production adidas adipro pure (also full leather upper, immensely comfortable yet high performing shoe) or compared to the Nike 2k11?

I need to venture out from Nike/adidas to find a shoe that fit and performed as well as those which are oop and the new versions not as comfortable, for me.

The kangaroo leather shoe sounds and looks like a contender I may have to test out.

Bought them, love them. I went up 1/2 size and I have to wear thick socks, but I have E feet. I normally wear GB5. They are lighter, more stable, traction is a bit less. Same comfort.
