i have pain in the distal bicipital tendon
    especially when i play forehand
i went to a bio mechanics doctor and he showed me by a slight change in the style of my forehand i have no more pain
but my muscle memory still didn't quite capture the move sometimes i play with the old style which cause me pain

is there any exercise i can do with light or heavy weight in order to strength this part of my biceps especially its the part of the biceps near the elbpw

I have several large dents in my head. I went to the doctor and he said they are caused by me hitting myself in the head with a hammer. He said if I'd stop doing this, I'd no longer have the dents.

So I was wondering if anyone knows of a way I can strengthen my skull so I can continue to hit myself in the head with a hammer, but not get dents. Thanks in advance.
