Could there be any truth to rumour djokovic hit with new Donnay Pro One - loved it and wanted to change for US$1m but Donnay could not afford it

Actually no mate. Guy who works for ATP in london who plays at my club mentioned it - he is over in NY right now and dropped me a text as knows I'm a djokovic fan. I'm surprised as thought he would be locked into head longterm

The scoop over here is that Sports Direct have terminated the Korean guy's license in the US because they sold nothing like the 10K racquets a year they promised.
It's all over, they have no cash.

Djokovic would never think of using another racket at the moment. especially with the success he is having with the current one.

I also don't think he wants to risk having another down period like when he went from Wilson to Head.

Unlikely and makes no sense. Donnay USA has raised the brand quality of the name Donnay. If Donnay ROW/Europe didn't occupy the absolute low-end of quality and crappy products then the racquets would actually do much better outside of the US.
