does anyone know why this kid has played so few matches this year? was it an injury? I got to meet him at the US open, and he was a super nice kid (i kinda feel like his stunt was because his father told him to), anyway ive semi-followed him ever since and hes had some amazing results, the only top 20 player he hasnt beaten or atleast won a set against is safin. it seems like next year is gonna be his big breakout year, anybody have any predictions? does the aussie QFs sound unreasonable?

I first heard his name at the USO, and he didn't last long enough for me to see him in action. Could you describe his game?

I'd never watched pro tennis live before, and it was all so fast it was hard for me to tell much of a difference in anyones game, he stayed at the baseline most of the time but had good success at the net. anyway, yeah, he faked about 3 injuries, but like i said, he was such a nice kid when i talked to him i cant really imagine him being that gamey, ive read before that he has one of those abusive sports parents and i have a feeling that his dad was telling him to do that. thats just my 2 cents though. Either way, he's shown that he does have talent, he beat gasquet before the USO, got a set off of coria at the FO, and beat puerta and ancic fairly cleanly.

Djokovic WILL break the top 20. His game is really good, he's consistent on his shots on both side.He got to the third round in his first ever U.s open, beating two good players,Monfils and Ancic. This kid is for real.

Djokovic is good, he's had success on all surfaces. He's got a really nice penetrating forehand and a decent two handed backhand. He can hang with anyone off the baseline, he needs to improve his serve and net play. I seriously thought he would beat Coria at Roland Garros until he had to retire with breathing problems.

I've met him also this year and watched him play on clay in Umag. He was good, the best qualifier...JCF defeated him in quarters if I remember correctly, but he put a good fight for every point. Yes, he stays mostly at the baseline and he's good there. Because of his height I think when he improves it he'll have a great serve. I'm sure he'll break at least top 20, maybe already next year. He's young ( born in '87) and he's in top 100 (the youngest player being in the top 100)

I saw Djovic at this year's U.S. Open against Verdasco. He's a very good player and I think next year he's going to be good as guys like Gasquet and Berych

If you analyze Novak Djokovic from the perspective of a financial analyst, he has a very high Present Value of Growth Opportunities (PVGO) and a realtively low price-to-earning ratio. A high PVGO means that he is still very young, with a lot of talent, and will be a top player in a near future. Low p/e ratio means that he is undervalued (underrated) and deserves a higher rating (recognition)

Hence, this stock is definately a strong buy
