after every shot i twirl my racquet in my hand, so i dont know what side i hit it on ever time. (twirl is a bad word, but i turn it in my hand a couple of times)

i do the same. every couple points i spin the racket to the other side. also, i am sure i have to adjust every now and then to keep it the same. but sometimes i would switch to western just for fun:p

Yep, I twirl my racquet after every shot unless Im at the net so yeah I guess I do tend to change my grip after each shot when Im at the baseline.

I only do it if my hand slips because my overgrip is worn out.
