I don't eat or like them, but I've a client who loves them very much, so often I am requested to make them. They have 3 irons available for this. 2 regular and one for belgian style waffles. I normally make the batter from "scratch", which is quite easy and you can decide which texture you like best, light and crunchy...thicker and chewier, flavoured, etc. etc.
