I don't quite understand the question. This is not a matter of opinion or arbitrary decision. Raonic, like all other players will be seeded according to his ranking one week before RG.
Currently he is ranked #34 so if he improves two spots or if two higher ranked players do not play the RG he will be seeded.

I believe the commentator on Sky said that having got to the MC round of 16 he would be seeded .

Your thread title(should) is different from the correct title over the poll, which is Will he be seeded.

I think marigolds could grow happily in that mop of hair of his. Yup, I'd seed him with marigolds.

I hear his girlfriend weaves them through his hair when he goes home (which is rarely these days)

Naturally, if the week previous he is at least #32.
He will be #27 next week.

Why the hell are you asking this question OP?

He'll be seeded if his ranking is high enough to earn one.

I think he will, and I think he should be. A bottom-half seed.

No he shouldn't be seeded. Donald Young should be right?

You guys are a joke. Ask David Ferrer? why? He's like the 3rd or 4th best clay courter alive. What does that prove? He'd school anybody out of the top 5 on clay. So nobody should be seeded that can't beat David Ferrer on clay? wow

He should be seeded with Novak. What a monsta GOAT that would produce.

Ask Ferrer. He got a clay lesson by him today.

    Raonic seems so overrated.

Yes, why not? If you mean clay courts doesn't suit his game - remember Verkerk, 2003 RG runner-up.

That's like a child asking whether his math teacher should give him an "A."

It's whatever he earns. News flash to you, you earn ATP ranking points. You're not awarded them, nor do you buy them. You can get a wild card into an event but you don't get bumped up in position points. So many retarded questions here.

Should Federer be seeded after he lost to a lower ranked player than Ferrer?

What standard do you propose for who gets seeded then? Raonic getting a seed at RG doesn't mean he's overrated. Ferrer beating him doesn't mean there are 32 more deserving players, as mentioned by another in this thread Ferrer is one of the best players in the world.
