Does anybody know any material from NIKE called CLIMA-TEC?

Does anybody know any material from NIKE called CLIMA-TEC? I have seen a warm-up yesterday, but I think it's fake NIKE rather than original NIKE, because it had CLIMA-TEC logo instead of the DRI-FIT but I may be wrong, what do you think?

CLIMA-TEC is a fabric that NIKE used in many warm-ups some three-five years ago. It was mainly designed for running whereby it would repel water when raining and keep you dry, or repel the wind and keep you feeling warm. I have two of these warm-ups, but have not seen any new ones in a long time.

Sounds like the current patended Gore-Tex fabric used by several labels. It does all of the above, yet is breathable at the same time.
