I am seeing that term more and more to describe tees. Does anyone know what it means?
Looks to be a marketing term from Nike.
After a lot of researching, it looks like "Lock Up" is a graphics term for words and images arranged and "locked together." So a "lock up tee" features that design, which may appear elsewhere but always together. Kind of like the words and graphic elements are now one logo.
It isn't just a Nike term, as other brands use it as well.
Hope that helps,
Oh... thought it's a variation of straitjacket
Thank you Michelle, you went above and beyond!
