    I have several of these.
I string them at 58 lbs with Gosen 17 micro.

When I hit in the middle it has a very muted feeling and seems to lack power.
I am trying to find a string that will get more pop on this racket.

    Any suggestions...

From what i have read on 18 mains racquets its that they get some more control than power, even on a 104 head.

Did you try to lower the tension,to say 50-52 ?

Btw i have an eye on these models,im thinking about getting either the Team or the new 104,whats your opinion besides you feel them low powered ?

And also, did you compare your team/kblade to the new 104 ?
If so,whats better and worse ?

I have not strung lower the 58.
Kblade team and BLX are very similar in specs.
Both flexible rackets with a low swingweight.

I have not tried the new 104

Was looking to try these 2 out- but alas, since they're both older models, no where to be found.

I wanted to try to find a 'lighter' Prestige- <11 oz. and an
18x20. Local shop had the 2012 version demo- loved it for my DHBH, but had no control on the FH. Guess I'm just used to swinging a hammer. I'm back to the Prestige-

I found a Team on the net, cheaper than the new one too.

However im looking for a permanent racquet,so i want to choose right at once if possible. So ill decide on one of them, and if feels ok ill buy one more, atleast if i decide on the Team,to make sure i have a backup.

The Team is half the price,so its leaning towards that, the positive on the new version is that its availiable for demo, but if they play similar i guess i could go for the older cheap one,its also a few points softer.

I find the Kblade Team opens up at lower tension and an 18g poly adds spin. Gosen 17 at 50 actually works well but my favorite set up so far is 18g poly/17g syn gut hybrid at 52/54. This is my current setup.
