please write what you think and what level player you are.

me, if i could get deep into open tourneys with a fuscia or lime green racquet, i don't give a rat's arse.

i am an ex nationally ranked jr. currently realistically playing at a upper 4.5 level, trying to win some 5.0's by summertime here in so cal after an 18 year layoff.

Yes it does, i want a racket with extreme mirror like reflections, so everytime i swing, they will get distracted and take their eye off the ball

I do, though not to the point where a paintjob makes it a dealbreaker, no matter how ugly it is.

While distinctive, Yonex' RDS001 yellow and Fischer's neon green/yellow in some of its recent Pro Extremes and Pro Tours probably isn't most people's first choice. I felt a bit 'obvious' with my Pro Extreme......but it was a hell of a racquet.

I don't really care what the raquet looks like, as long as it plays nice. However, if I like a particular string that's offered in different colors, for example, I'd use the one I like the most.

It's obvious that I don't care about looks, considering I went from a pretty nSix-One Tour 90 to a Yellow RDS. It's all about the play!

I still don't see why the RDS001 looks so disgusting to some people.

I don't think it's disgusting, I'm just not a fan of bright yellow. I liked it when I first saw it, but then I got tired of it.

It was my backup, and I quit using Head. It's practically brand new.

I don't really care what a stick looks like, but i definitely won't use a green or yellow one. Too feminine for me.

It does for me. I usually like redheads (PC 600, LM Prestige, RDX 500) but sometimes settle for hot brunettes like PS 85 :)

Look definitely matters to me. I mean I'm more inclined if there are two racquets with similar specs, and I can only demo one, then I would go with the best looking one. Unless of course I have heard things about the other one. The RDS is a great looking racquet by the way;)

Looks definitely matter to me too! Like Noveson said, if 2 racquets have similar specs I would probably go with the better looking one. Like the M-Fil 300, it looks great and it plays exceptional for me!! I get a lot of comments about the looks of my M-Fil 300, lol.
