    Hello all,
Just joined these forums to ask about this wooden racquet (I'm British) I picked whilst on holiday in Brighton last week. I saw it in a street sale and bought it for £6 along with a wooden badminton racquet.
I've searched Google and these forums but have found nothing on it at all. Other than the 18x20 string pattern and what's on show, I have no information on it at all.
I put an overgrip on it because I wanted to have a go on it because I've never hit a wooden racquet before and all I can say is that it was a laugh and challenging! I'll be hanging it up in my room eventually.

Sorry, I don't really know how to post pics and I've only got them on my DropBox for now.

    Thanks everyone,
    Ben

The Mistral is another solid woody offering from Donnay. The Borg Pro and Allwood are of course the popular models since Bjorn used them for tournament play but they are all great rackets. Nice wall hanger
