So, I had to stop using my old Pro Ones a few years back when the grommets became worn and jagged and my local string shop wouldn't string them anymore. Since the racquet was so old, I couldn't find extra grommets.

    Fast forward to yesterday...

On all three new Pro One racquets I bought, the bottom two to three grommet holes of the side grommets on each racquet are almost all worn through from the very first string job! After a few months of play, I doubt my local racquet shop will even string them since the string will be cut so quickly. I have never had this problem with any other racquet, even after years of rough play and dozens of string jobs. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Might wanna post this in the TW Comments forum... you'd get help quicker that way. Also, calling never helps. TW's got great customer service.

You can probably use some tubing inside the grommet hole to reduce the rubbing.

^ yup, thats what my stringer did with my old pro-one, when it had the exact same grommet issue... unfortunatly, looks like these new grommets won't fit onto my old pro-one...
