Do any of you guys kow how many points HL the +5g buttcap will make a strung Pro one? +10g buttcap?

Im playing with a multi strung at 57M 54C really loving the spin and pace from this racquet.

Has anyone put on a leather grip, which one?

How much it changes depends on so many factors (string weight, lead tape on head, type of over grip....so on and so forth). I'll run some experiments on mine and get back with you.

I would like to know how many points HL a stock racquet would be with only the buttcap weights and strings.

It is dependent on that particular racquet's weight and balance. It also depends on the strings used. Different strings will have different weights. Every racquet is going to be different. What the numbers are on my racquet, will probably not be the same as your racquet. There is no set ratio! I'm not trying to be jerk, but your question has no set answer. Your wanting something I cannot give you for your racquet.

When I get out of class today, I will give you my racquet's before and after of the 5 gram and 10 gram buttcap. My racquet is strung with Babolat Tonic 16 mains and WC Scorpion 16L crosses.

Yes, I understand that string differences will make a small change in balance. I'm just looking for an approximate #. Not trying to build a laser beam.

    Balance: 4 pts HL

    ?? Thanks.

I hate to get it and find 10-15 grams higher than listed.
