Do you think the custom insoles are actually better than the cheaper ones for around $10. I just started using Spencos, and can't really tell a difference. Maybe a slight difference. I started using them because my knees were a little sore at times after playing. I went to CVS and the machine told me I have low arches, and recommended the CF230. Also, how do these Dr. Schools custom insoles compare to ones I would get from the doctor?

Thanks, after my 10 year break there seems to be a lot more options with everything. The body also doesn't hold up like it did in my 20's.
