My wife is a decent 3.0 player, but she has a hard time generating a lot of power on the forehand side because she has a flying elbow problem where the racquet head leads the wrist and the elbow. Her swing looks like she is landing a right hook (boxing).

I've been trying to get her to lead with the wrist and the butt of the racquet, but it has been challenging.

What are the best drills to fix this problem?

How do you fix a "chickenwing" forehand?
I see it lots in beginner to 3.0 levels.
Maybe relax the elbow and wrists, allowing the racket to pivot off the wrists to get the headspeed. It's often a "muscled" forehand.
Honestly, several knowledgeable instructors on this forum would know, if they care to answer.
