    Hi all,

Does anyone know a source to find a Dunlop Aerogel 4D 200 Tour grommet and bumper guard set(s)? I have tried the TW, ***, Hb, and TE.
Also, is there a newer Dunlop racquet's grommet bumper guard set that will fit the 200 Tour?

    Thanks.

    Hi Wikky,
Thanks for the response. I believe there is a difference between the 200 Tour and the 200 Tour mid. If memory serves me correctly, the mid plus has a 16x19 string pattern, and the 200 Tour a 16x20.
Can anyone please verify the string pattern?
When I called TW this morning they mentioned they did not have a grommet set for the 200 Tour.

    Thanks.

The USRSA has a 'Grommets Network' where you can request a grommet set for a specific racquet and they send an e-mail blast out to everyone on their mailing list with your details. You may need to be an active USRSA member, but you could always give them a shout and see if they would help you.

    Hi bbulla,

I would truly.appreciate it. Thank you.

The Dunlop Aerogel 4D 200 Tour has a 16x18 string pattern.
Is there any other information you may need?

    Best regards!

There is a tennis internet place, that has just about any grommet set available, but be warned they are not cheap. Go to tennis m e n n a c e.

Thank you jim e. They don't list prices or availability, but I did email them for additional information.

I have learned my lesson of double checking the replacement grommet set prior to removing the old one(s)! :) The replacement set I received had an incorrect "item label". The vendor's inventory listing was not accurate as I received a set for an 18x20 string pattern instead of the 16x20 one needed.
I may have to resort to snipping off the flared part of the tie off grommets to reinsert them into the racquet. Also, I will buy replacement sets for future racquets while they are available. All the vendors mentioned they do not stock the grommet sets once the racquet is discontinued.

    Thanks again.

Dennis Mennace (with a T) is ridiculously overpriced. That guy just annoys me. I've talked to him on the phone. His shipping prices are also insane.

    Hi leroy sunset,

I am waiting on a response from an email I sent him (TM) over the weekend.

Calling works better, but I guess email works too.

    Tyonah,

I have found someone who has 6 sets of grommets. $9 each, plus $3 shipping for up to 4 sets.

If you're interested, let me know how to get a hold of you. I'm not sure TW will let me post his website/contact info in here.
