    Hi you experts.
Last week I had a chance to buy 2 nikes (1 cage, 1 Vapor) real cheap. The thing is I got already an Air MaxII in very good shape, so I am wondering I will start using the first new one in 6 months and the other... who knows.
So my question is: unused new shoes will have the durability dimmed? In what way? Does the sole go cracked or something?

    Tx.

So long as you store them in a normal, benign environment you should be fine. Be sure to keep the boxes closed or else the good karma will escape and your footwork will be doomed. :)

If you keep them for 15-20 years you may have a problem.

I wouldn't go past a couple years myself, but otherwise, I'm sure you'll be fine.

I recently pulled out a pair of Nike Air Zoom Beyonds from storage. That was Agassi's shoe in 2000. I used them for a few months and then put them away. They are almost 8 years old. They look and feel great. I wish Nike would retro that shoe.
