dyna flex/gyro balls for wrist rehab

Discussion in 'Health & Fitness' started by generallobster, Nov 28, 2004.

  1. Has anyone used one of these things? Do they really work? They are sold in sporting goods stores for $20, Blue plastic shell and yellow internal ball that apparently puts out 38lbs of torque when initiated.

those rubber rings sold in sports stores should be good too. they fit in your palm and you compress them.

The dynaflex is a very good wrist arm and shoulder trainer, conditioner and rehabber. It really works all muscles & tendons very well. It is even officially recommended by the medical industry. Very good investment IMO !
