What do you think? Is it good.....does it work well? I recently hurt my shoulder and heard that this will strengthen up my wrist and arm. Should I get one?

i have the powerball version the 15,000 rpm gyro and i find that if i use it consistently enough everyday it helps tone my muscles. BUT i find the most useful partin using the gyro is when warming up before i play, it truely loosens all my muscles that i need to use before i play.

no i have this one http://www.powerballs.com/
i have the blue led one which induces a current when you spin the gyro and it lights up due to the centrifigal force it produces. Pretty neat if i say so myself. But if you want to work your shoulders it may work, it's just that i use my wrist to spin the ball more then my entire arm. If you search "powerball" on **** they sell for around 45usd. It's more then the one you showed me but i like the led's and this one looks more well built, looks nicer, and IMO i find it great!

ok i just tested the gyro because i haven't played with it for a couple of weeks. The gyro works out my forearm ALOT but not too much on the shoulder... because my entire arm is steady except my wrist, i tried to rotate my entire arm from my shoulder but it doesn't seem to have the same effect, but i could be wrong because i have pretty long arms as well.
