Eagnas Flex 740 (Maxline = good customer service)

Just thought I'd post my experience with Maxline/Eagnas. I picked up the Flex 740 from Maxline's warehouse in Gardena, Los Angeles, about 6 months ago. I've have probably strung about 50 racquets (very rough estimate here) for myself/friends/ and customers.

Last week, the clutch spring broke as I was about to clamp the tensioned string. I was stringing this racquet at 66lb and that's pretty damn tight and had I strung at lower tension, I don't think the spring would have broken.

Anyway, I called Maxline and they said go ahead and come in to pick up the clutch spring. They also asked me to bring the invoice which took me a while to find. :) The next day, I got got my clutch spring under the warranty term, without any problem.

Putting the spring on was a big pain even after I followed the great video posted on this forum, but eventually I succeeded. Just do a search for "clutch spring".

So, I am still very happy with my Flex 740 as I know that the spring is the only thing that would break on this machine which common for this machine from looking up past threads on this forum. The $225 bucks for this thing was totally worth it!
