    1. Many people use an eastern bh grip for more spin on kick serves. Why does the eastern bh grip have greater access to spin?

    2. In other threads, people have said that you pronate into the ball when hitting a kick serve. If i understand correctly, the eastern bh grip is one bevel clockwise from continental (i'm a lefty). In order to hit the ball squarely w/ this grip, one would have to pronate more than usual. Is that right? And does that serve any particular purpose?

    Oh and...
    3. Do you hit a kick serve w/ a fully extended arm?

    Thanks in advance.
