Federer vs. Safin - AO 2005
    Federer vs. Nadal Wim 2008
    Federer vs. Roddick Wim 2009

The "forgot" a lot .......... Four matches out of ten years, and 75% of them feature Roge

    "Brand pushing" comes to mind!

One of my favorite matches of all time, but almost solely because of the drama and the atmosphere. I remember crying when it was over due to all the different feelings on the court, and I still get emotional when I see it today; however, when I watched the tape I didn't feel the tennis was all that interesting. Henman/Ivanisevic and Agassi/Rafter were played at a much higher level. Henman/Ivanisevic had crazy points, while Agassi/Rafter was just pure tennis bliss throughout.

any word on if/when the nadal-verdasco aussie open semi or the nadal-fed aussie open final, both in '09, will be shown either on tennis channel or one of the espns? thx. much

come to think of it, i'd love to watch murray-verdasco, verdasco-tsonga as well, from same tournament '09. both underappreciated matches IMO
