i was using an estusa PBP, which i really enjoyed playing with, for a couple of yrs now. however, i was foolish enough to lose it in a mishap.
i searched far and wide, couldn't find any PBP's but managed to get one puma boris becker super. you know, the 50/50 graphite/fiberglass one.

i've not yet played with it.

my question is: how do the two compare as far as similarities/differences in playability is concerned ?

i loved the PBP as a whole, except for the serve. somehow, it's just not a serving racquet. makes me wonder how becker's serve would've been like if he had used the PS 85 or tour 90 instead. i mean, if he could manage to generate so much pace off a PBP ... wow !

I played with PBP's for 3 years, but recently cracked one. Couldn't find one to replace the one that cracked, so I switched to K sixone tours. I have a 4 1/2 PBP left if you are interested. It's a great racquet. I had trouble getting pop on serves at first, but after a while I got used to it and started serving bombs again. As much as I enjoyed the PBP's, the K90's are at least as good with a little more pop and better feel, if less buttery. I know this is off topic, but how often do you get to talk PBP's?
