Would owners of the Euro (black and green pj) Bio 100 please tell us the strung weight and balance of your racquet(s)?

What strings do you have in there and what is the grip size?

    Thanks in advance.

I have just received 2 lime green euros. With factory strings no overgrip no dampner grip 2, they are 334g 32.2 cm (7points HL) and 336g 32.5 ( 5 point HL).
Great looking stick and feels great in the hand. Will report back once play tested.
However I suspect it is really the same as the Aerogel 100 and 4D as the mold is the same. They kept the thinner beam at the 6 oclock position. Whereas with other dunlops they have abandoned (200 and 300) or never had this feature (300 tour). The 200L is most definitely a new stick though.
TW assured me that their biomimetic 100s (US ones) are 19mm beam throughout and do not have this aerogel feature but lets see.

Thanks for your detailed report on the specs of your Euro B100s. Looking forward to your playtest review.

That is really interesting that TW says the US B100s have the same beam width throughout. If it's true, it'll be fascinating to compare the Euro and US versions side by side.

I have the US version of the 100 sitting next to me here and I can definitely tell that the throat piece is thinner than the measured beam width. There is no denying the difference in thickness.

You have the US version of the Biomimetic 100? The aqua and black one?

Where did you get it from?

Yes, it is black and the Aeroskin areas are a teal/aqua and grey color pattern. I got a demo of it and the 200 Tour through Dunlop in order to write a review on them before they are released. The throat section of the US 100 is definitely thinner than the outer beam.

I've never hit with the Aerogel or 4D. The last 90" frame I hit with from Dunlop was the old MW200G 90 that was a pain to get in the US. I have been a Yonex guy for years and never bothered to try anything else.

i have both the AG and 4D tho play primarily with the 4D. be happy to make a comparison if u send the demo my way after your finished. suggest getting the ok from Dunlop first tho.

haven't heard back from the particular company rep. might need to find another rep.

I have access to the 4D demo also so I could make a comparison to that one, not sure about the original AG 100 though. Will have to give me a day or two though.

The static weight of the Bio 100 (L3) in stock form which I used to own before selling it, was 333g. OG and dampener took it to 340g.

Wow, that's great. Thanks for confirming that the throat bridge is thinner -- sounds like Dunlop is using the same mold as they did for the AG and 4D 100s.

Looking forward to reading your comments on both new racquets.
